Dexter's Challenge

21 April 2020 (by admin)

PLEASE READ & SUPPORT

I could not be prouder or happier to be able to share this post and support on of our wonderful children. Dexter, one of our super Year 6s, has decided to use the current situation of lockdown to support our NHS. Inspired by Sports Relief challenges and Captain Tom Moore, Dexter has embarked upon his own challenge, to climb Mount Everest at home.

Dexter decided that he wanted to do his bit to raise money for the NHS by climbing the height of Mount Everest on their staircase at home.  That is an incredible challenge of 4022 times up and 4022 down the stairs.

Despite only starting a couple of days ago he has already climbed the equivalent of the Empire State Building 3 times!

“Our NHS are working so hard for us at the moment, and I want to do my bit to help.”

Please share this widely and give generously to help Dexter meet (or even better smash!) his £500 target.

Well done Dexter, we are all behind you and cheering you on from our own homes. Just keep climbing!
