Dear Parents and Carers, The school Governing body continuously looks at ways to work with the staff at Ridgeway Primary to improve our school environment. This includes everything from teaching practice, the quality of the curriculum, children’s enrichment activities, behaviour policy, finance and resources, building and premises, safeguarding, health & safety, staff and governor development, and much, much, more. One of the aspects of policy we are currently looking at is parent/staff communication. We are trying to take a proactive approach to this, in order that we can improve our communication with parents and carers for the benefit of everyone involved in school life. Happy children, happy teachers and happy parents make for a successful and thriving environment. We would be very grateful if you could complete the parent survey by Monday 4th December. Your feedback is hugely important to us and we are ready to listen. This questionnaire is your opportunity to constructively share your thoughts on how we can create solutions to any issues which might arise with current communication.
